Chicsystems began in the UK in 2000. We have over 30 years experience in computing, diversifying in to websites in the Mid 1990's. Whilst Chicsystems has been a smaller operation working mainly on referrals and client recommendations and has never advertised to date it does have many quality clients all of who enjoy good results in the search engines with quality websites at sensible prices with excellent support and service.

A sitemap is a special file that contains all of your pages in your website. Search engines use it so they know all your site and can then add those pages to their indexes. We make a sitemap for all our clients, also we add its location to another special file so that any visiting search engines can find it and use it. We also update them when your site changes.

We will issue invoice's 30 days before due where ever possible. They will be issued in PDF format to the email address we have on file for enviromental impact reasons. Paper copies can be issued for a cost of €3.
All clients are required to ensure that we have up to date contact details at all times. we are not responsible for loss of business, suspension of service and any problems that result due to not having updated details.
Domain and external fees MUST be paid at least 14 days before they are due.
Invoices are due to be paid by the date specified on the invoice. In the even of late payment we reserve the right to suspend any and all services untill cleared payment is received in full. Additionally we reserve the right to apply interest at a rate of 5% above the prevailing Bank of Cyprus base rate on late payments. We also reserve the right to recover any collection costs and reasonable admin charger of €10 per letter and €3 per call to chase late payment. We would normally only make these charges in extreme cases. We will endeavor to contact clients and in any event we will levy no charges in the first month of late payment.
